Princess ("we," "our," or "us") operates the Princess mobile application (the "App"), an AI-powered personal coaching and affirmation app. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, how it is stored, and the rights you have over your data. By using the App, you agree to the practices described below.
1. Data We Collect
We collect only the data necessary to operate and personalize the App.
- A. Profile Information: Name, Age, Relationship status. (Purpose: Personalization)
- B. Account & Authentication: Email address, Supabase user ID, OAuth identifiers (Apple/Google). (Purpose: Account management)
- C. User‑Generated Content: Chat messages with AI, personality quiz results, persona results. (Purpose: Core functionality)
- D. Voice Input Data: Transcriptions only. Raw audio is processed locally on-device and is not stored by us.
- E. App Usage: Features used, button taps, and subscription status.
- F. Purchase Information: Subscription status and entitlement state. Note: All payments are processed via Apple. We do not collect or store credit card information.
- G. Technical Data: Device identifier (for subscription logic), OS version, and notification preferences.
2. Data We Do NOT Collect
We do not collect location data, contacts, photos, browsing history, financial details, or sensitive health data.
3. Third‑Party Services
We share limited data with trusted providers strictly to operate the App:
- Supabase: Backend and authentication.
- OpenAI: Processes chat messages to generate AI responses.
- Superwall: Manages paywalls and subscription logic.
- Apple / Google: Optional authentication providers.
